How to Order We have several different options for ordering. 1. By using Pipimoomoo's Secure Shopping Cart on this website. 2. By cheque (for people living in New Zealand only). 3. By internet banking (for people living in New Zealand only). Payment Options All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of 12.5% GST (Goods and Service Tax). Your card will be billed in New Zealand Dollars and converted to your local currency at a rate set by your credit card company. Payment We accept Visa or Mastercard. Cheque (For people living in New Zealand only). Internet Banking / Bank Transfer. Order Confirmation Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email listing the items you have purchased, the amount that has been charged to your credit card (if you are paying using the secure shopping cart), along with any additional information. If you do not receive the confirmation order please email us at: help@pipimoomoo.com Product Availability We do our very best to try and keep all Pipimoomoo garments and toys in stock but if the item you wish to purchase is not available you are more than welcome to email us at help@pipimoomoo.com for more information on availability. Free Gift Service Pipimoomoo loves gifts so we have included a Free Gift Service. This service enables you to chose one of four Pipimoomoo gift cards with a personal gift message of up to 10 words. You may also specify a different delivery address where you would like your gift wrapped purchase to be sent. Postage Details New Zealand Orders other than Trekle the Trike are delivered to you by Fastway and should only take 2-3 working days, a postal charge of $6.00 or $3.50 if you live in the Nelson area is automatically charged per order through the checkout system. Trekle the ride on trike Trekle is delivered to you by New Zealand Post and should only take 3-4 working days, a postal charge of $12.00 is automatically charged per order through the checkout system. If you have not received your order within the time frames above please e-mail help@pipimoomoo.com Australia Orders are delivered to you by New Zealand Post using International Airmail and should only take 3/6 working days, a postal charge will be calculated automatically through the checkout system. When you go through the checkout system your postage will be calculated automatically according to the country of destination. If you are not happy in any way please let me know. pipimoomoo@pipimoomoo.com Returns and Refunds If the garment is the wrong size, or you are not completely happy with it, we are more than willing to exchange it or to provide a refund ... providing of course the garment has not been worn. The cost of sending the purchase back is your cost, but we will cover the cost to send the replacement purchase. Please just send a little note telling us if you would like a refund or an exchange along with your purchase, include your order number, name and email address and we will see to it straight away.
